Project Description:
This Revit‑based Residential Building Project showcases a precise digital workflow integrating structural modeling, BIM coordination, and architectural rendering within a unified environment.
The image displays two critical phases of the design process:
- On the left, a highly detailed Revit structural model presents the building’s core framework—a reinforced concrete system organized across six levels with vertical circulation cores, beam‑column grids, and load‑bearing slabs. Every connection has been modeled with real‑world geometric accuracy, allowing early conflict detection between architectural and MEP systems.
- On the right, the rendered visualization illustrates the architectural intent: clean volumetric composition, deep balconies with wood‑finished soffits, and balanced rhythmic façades combining concrete and metal profiles. The façade modulation was directly derived from the BIM geometry, ensuring design‑build fidelity from model to reality.
This project represents our Design‑to‑Construction synchronization method, where digital precision and material expression meet. Through Building Information Modeling (BIM), every phase—from conceptual massing to visualization—was optimized for technical efficiency, structural clarity, and aesthetic continuity.
